Sorry to inform you, but I am unable to play Black Ops since the last patch.  It is not worth it to Lagg out all the time.  I have tried all the fixes and they do  not work.    I will be around from time to time until I figure out to upgrade or do a new build.  I am really disappointed at not being able to play right now.  Even tho it is great to talk to everyone it gets frustrating when you cant play the game.  Good luck and good shooting!

I agree as well...after that patch the game went down hill for me...however...one thing that has helped me was turning off shader warmin...now i don't have the bad lag spikes, or problems with my wireless USB keyboard/mouse.

try getting together with ted100.... he has sovled more than a few peeps problems(sorry ted for offering your services )

Ted helped us a lot one night.  Changes helped until the last patch.  Now its un-playable.
