For the up left position
/bind f9 set cg_HudChatPosition 5 50
As it is.
The number after the "f" is at your own discretion.

Well thank you that worked. Now if only I can get the voice to work, I know I am missing something here. I have the default key to Z, voice is enabled, my mic works elsewhere in others programs.Any ideas on this one?

hmm and i remember a problem with windows *is this right*?
Make sure your Mic is correctly configured in Windows
Ultimately, Windows is in charge of your mic. To make sure it is properly configured in Windows, please follow these instructions:
1. Click the Start button and then select Control Panel. Inside the Control Panel, select Sound and Audio Devices
2. Click the Voice tab
3. Under "Voice Recording", make sure the "Default device" is set to your sound card's INPUT
4. Click Volume
5. Make sure the "Mic Volume" meter is turned up and that "Select" is checked underneath the volume slider. Don't turn the volume up too loud though, as it will most likely result in Mic distortion.
6. Close to volume settings and then click on Test hardware... to test your setup
7. If it works correctly, move on to the next section. If not, you may need to update the drivers on your sound card and make sure the mic connection is correct.
-close all programms and test your mic again in cod waw (close TS too !)
still not working?
write this in your config
seta sv_voice "1"
seta voice_deadChat "0"
seta voice_global "0"
seta voice_localEcho "0"
seta winvoice_mic_mute "1"
seta winvoice_mic_reclevel "65535"
seta winvoice_mic_scaler "1"
seta winvoice_save_voice "0"
but before you change anything in ya config , make a copy of it !
then can you simply copy your old cfg. back into the folder and you`ve restored it to YOUR settings.
