Anyone having problems logging into the Activision Data servers to retrieve account info August 1,2010 9:00PM Pacific.

Yes, there is a problem with Activision that is not allowing anyone to log into the servers. Hopefully this gets resolved very soon.

Should be all fixed now... Luke rebooted the servers and looks to have fixed the issue

Thought that I lost all my classes and settings yet my name is still there. Can someone give me some step by step help to restoring my game?

You should always keep a back up of your profile off of you gaming pc. The problem with login should not of effected profile but if you have lost it come on TS and I can try to help you. Your profile is located the in one of the two activison folders, you must have the OS set to show all hidden folders and files.
