Alive and kicking - me and the additional 50 lbs i've gained since I quit smoking and from the inactivity from last year... how is everyone here?  Johnny, are you doing well?

Sorry to say I have lost 15 pounds with less food snd more exercise…..too bad you are not nearer me!!!!
