Money wise it won't hurt but the bad press might.

I just received an email from Newegg, it seems my GTX960 is also part of the lawsuit. The list includes some AMD R9's as well. Here's the list I was sent.

firecrackr the link takes me to a page the has been removed, but from what i can find and have read the lawsuit is only for the gtx 970 and no other cards, it definitely would not include the AMD R9 as that card is manufactured by AMD and not Nvidia.
