I hope it is alright to ask for some help here.  I  am working on a website project that requires some basemap, GIS, overlay work that is new to me.  I think I can noodle it out, but it would be nice to bounce the project off someone that has dealt with the technology before so I don't spend time going down the wrong path.  If anyone has experience or knows someone, it would be greatly appreciated to get some guidance.  Thanks.
