I am not trying to stir the pot but I have to ask!!!!!
I am trying to understand WHY there is such a slow response to review and update the Banned tickets that are coming into BK?
Some gamers are stating they put their ticket in weeks ago.
It seems that there is a hole somewhere when tickets are sitting for over a week!
Is there something I can do to help?

Like I said I am not trying to stir the pot just trying to understand.....

Christmas and New Years happened. I was gone for the holiday and so was the other people who handled the tickets.
