I fly this airline as much as possible. Alway treat you like a human and are friendly from front to back. A great story here. Click on the youtube link and see how emotional some of them got.

All air carriers are terrible,  though Westjet is the... least bad.  Given a choice,  i always go with them. Like just about every business,  their service is starting to slip.
