I hear a lot of people have been having problems with the Overlay coming up sporadicly or not at since the March Teamspeak update.  This version seems to remedy it. Also added support/improvements for a few games.

Wooo...........I got a big McAfee warning when I hit that link. Is it the actual TS site?

No, the Overlay is separate, but the guy that develops it is on the Teamspeak team. He just releases his Overlay updates more often.

It's perfectly safe - it's the same page that the Add-on section from the official Teamspeak site has linked to, and has always bee the same  address - http://ts3overlay.r-dev.de/.  What about clicking on that address? I'm guessing that McAfee gives a false positive to the Ts3 package installers.

It's probably good. Just thought I'd check. I'm on my iPad now and it goes through fine.

I've noticed that some folks using IE (shame on you Smile) receive a .zip file instead of the TS3 Install Package-friendly .ts3_plugin format. Right-click and 'Save As', or use a worth-while browser. If you get an error wheil installing, it usually means that a Overlay-related .dll is still injected into a system file (in my case, it was my a firewall file). If this happens, restart your PC and run the Overlay installer package before starting TS.

What games does the Overlay work on?

Anything that uses any Directx version . Though pb in w@w doesn't allow overlays,  so it'll Kick  you for it.  But it works fine on all the other games  i play.
