In-Game Memorials?

I am curious, has BK ever done any in game memorials?

Years ago when I played the original DOD, the clan I helped run, we would password out our server for a time being.

We would load the "Flash" map, turn off balancing and would all meet on the allies side.

We would then meet in the middle of the map.  We would have a 21 Gun salute and someone would play taps.

All the visitors would be told not to move and to position themselves to watch the middle flag and the selected shooters.

I have thought that this would be cool to do on a 64 player battlefield server.

Seeing that it would be a neat thing to do on memorial days, such as today, the anniversary of the bombing of Pearl Harbor.

Anyone think that this would be a cool idea?

That would be.
we have our practice server that is already passworded, so that would be alot easier than to block our main servers.

Saw something like that on the 7thCav server awhile back. It looked kind of neat. Think it would be a good idea. There was talk before in the forum of doing some in game tutorials and such from members as well as "best of" clips. Don't know if that ever went anywhere.I don't know, maybe a video of BK gaming on our servers  that prospective new members could check out? Confused
