M16 suppression
Ever wondered why those tryhards can shoot back so well? It is because the M16 gets lower/no minspread increase from suppression.

For the video, the effect of suppression is indicated by the crosshairs - as you can see the m16 has no change - where as the AEK behaves as it should [spread increase].

The suppression modification value is the MinAngleModifier, the value should be MinAngleModifier 1.5 for both ADS and Hipfire for all ARs.

Where as the m16 has 0.0 for Hipfire and 0.5 for ADS.

The video is done in CORE, as it is the only way to visually demonstrate the problem, the weapon values/data is singular and not dependent on mode [HC/Core].
