I think they took the instructions a little to literally.
How to use:
1. Place Flash bang firmly in one hand.
2. With other hand pull Safety pin and Throw.
Now this is where the instructions should be a little more detailed. If should say, "With other hand, pull safety pin and throw grenade.", not the pin. Must I saw anymore.
