Tried to play online today and I got a long error message.    The error message title is as follows: DW Profile Update Error 102_BD_Exception_IN_DB

I called Activision support and they said they have got a number of these reports.  They told me their tech guys are looking into it.   Anybody know anything about this or how to fix?

If your talking about W@W its down for everyone. Black Ops is running if you would like to play there.

I though i was the only one suffering from this error.  I spent my whole evening uninstalling / installing the game with all patches and then reinstaling all video adapter drivers. Nothing, the same thing is going on. I've also tried playing around with the sound settings but nothing there.

I did not even know my pc got in touch with them when i start up my game.

Please, someone say something if you know anything.

As you may imagine, i am not a happy camper right now.

Thanks for the update, Daffy. Man, that pages' background is hard on the eyes. I just tried a minutes ago, and it's still down. I'd expect it to be down through the night, at the least. Makes me glad i have Black Ops and BF3 to play, too :)

I got the same message this afternoon at around 5pm EST. I happened after I played and was shutting down the game. I also notice while playing though that my BK rank tag was missing. I read Bolt's post yesterday and thought it may be connected. I didn't have time to do anything about it till now but I see it may not be a fix I can do at this end. Hope it gets worked out soon.

00:33 MST and it's back up.

I just logged in and it all looks fine. The only odd thing is that I had to redo my rank tag in options.

Went back on and game worked like a charm...except for a little lag.  So Happy!
