Its on the home page in two paces. The first image that says we are recruiting click that or on the right there is a block for us recruiting click on the tank on fire.

Click on the "enlist now" tag and fill up the paperwork.
A gatekeeper will contact you shortly.

Or jump in TS and ask for a gatekeeper, he will drive you through it.
