I can't really comment on the situation because I wasn't there,
nor is it my place. But our definition of bunnyhopping may not be the "classic" one you're thinking of, [jumping to move faster] but it is defined on our
Servers Rules Page.
"Rule 1 - No Bunny Hopping!
This rule is to help promote server realism. Bunny hopping to avoid fire represents one thing you can do in a video game that you would not do under normal circumstances in wartime. You would not REPEATEDLY jump when under fire or around a blind corner."
So given your description of the event, it would be classified as bunnyhopping according to our rules.
I will provide a small comment on the second, we are very strict about language and what is classed as inappropriate probably would be considered old school by some, but "damn" is classified as such. I would assume that this is were the misunderstanding happened. Just to note we do issue language warnings for abbreviations [examples: ffs / wtf] and sometimes clan tags are in this area, such is the case with a BF3 clan from Quebec, but if it is a real clan [website etc.] and not just a few friends who created a BF3 group to be cool, we do permit the use of those tags. I think you did clarify in game chat that this was the case and the tag was permitted on those grounds.
Karow is a truely standup up guy and one of our highest ranking officers, I believe this is merely a misunderstanding; the bunnyhopping would've called attention to your name because of how we issue warnings [warnings are issued either/or via in game chat or web tool], and it would be easy to see it as "damn". I'm sure in the heat of the moment, it may have seemed otherwise to you, but I highly doubt it was any sort of abuse.
While this isn't an sort of official response, I hope that it may clear things up a bit. Thanks for taking the time to post on the forums and sorry for any misunderstandings. Also thanks for playing on, and supporting our servers, we hope you and your clan continue to do so.
See you out on the Battlefield. =]

Once you explained the clan tag everything was fine as far as the clan tag. As you can read from Smok3Scr33n's post. the bunnyhoppin warning was warranted. You might visit our website and read the rules section before you claim admin abuse. Besides if I kick everyone that killed me there wouldn't be any players left on the server because I die a lot.
Thanks to you and your clan mates for playing on the BK servers. Polite and Friendly players are always welcomed on our servers and forums.
Understood about the bunny hoping.
I wouldnt go as far as calling it admin abuse. I was just displeased by the 2 things happening together in a matter of minutes. I appreciate the timely and cordial response to the matter, along with the clarification.
