    I was playing on your server and around 9:00 and was banned while server was on map Siene Crossing in Battlefield 3. Me and 5 other of my communities members were playing on your server for the last 3 hours. The map started off with me using a M16a4 and going 6-0 then finally getting killed, unfortunately my luck somewhat diminished and I ended up going something like 8-3. After achieving this my game then closed and I received the following: Game disconnected: you have been banned from this server. Stated reason: Admin decision.

We only ban for:

- Disrespect to players or server (such as swearing at a player or the server/admins)
- Racism/Hatred
- Tk-ing for vehicles, but only after a warning
- ignoring name-change warnings

However, if you get kicked due to swearing, TK-ing, or bunny-hopping, Battlelog will tell you it's a ban, but it is actually only a temporary ban , and will only be for a few minutes, so try to connect again to make sure this is not the case.

If you can still not connect, the only way to get a ban lifted is to use the Contact Us link at the top of the page, and Submit a Ticket. Include your player name, the server you were playing, and approximate time of ban. An officer will review the logs and make a decision.

We do get many support tickets, so please be patient. In the meantime, we do have 2 other BF3 servers.

I shoudl note that no one will contact your email, though if you used it to register with the site then your will be notified when the status of your submitted ticket changes, or is updated.
