I would try blowing with an air-aerosol. If you use a paint brush, you may leave one or two brush hairs behind which could cause a short-circuit.

The next reboot will show a screen with white letters on black back ground, select option that turns off automatic reboot on errors and press enter.  This should let the computer "hang" on either a fatal error screen or blue screen with white letters.

Either way it should give you a string of numbers similar to:

0x000000C3e

This is important to troubleshoot the problem - write it down and post it to the forum so we can figure out what is causing it.

Additionally - you can turn off the power switch in the back of the computer then re-seat the memory, video card, sound card and other devices.  Check the CPU heatsink fan and make sure it is attached and the fan is working.  Check all power connections and other cables for loose fitting plugs, and secure as needed.

Once you have completed check the case for loose fitting screws and then try power on and start up the computer.  If it still has problems let us know.

Sgt. Rock.
