keep the details.... the mill - the logo -and the symbol? or what exactly do you mean?
this is not easy to bring all the things into such a small signature.

I can't really tell what the symbol is but I can have a whack at it...and I'll make sure it doesn't take a month!  

Looks like a Rampant Lion's symbol...used on many flags...I would think maybe Province of South Holland...

Yes I'm Dutch so I know these things...lol
