I preordered from Gamestop - here is a snippet from the email I received this morning:
"As a pre-sale thank you, we are providing you with a link and download instructions to start pre-loading your copy Call of Duty: Black Ops.
Please note that you will receive your Digital Key for this title in a separate mail at the time this title will launch on Tuesday, November 9th, 2010 at 7:01am PST."
My pre-order was for digital Download not hard media.
