i found this with a google search
BugCheck 1E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff80002eefc56, 0, ffffffffffffffff}
Probably caused by : memory_corruption
BUCKET_ID: X64_MEMORY_CORRUPTION_ONE_BYTE
This fault could be hardware (Video Card memory) and also could be faulty Page File.
Please run the following command on an elevated Administrator privileged command line:
wmic.exe pagefileset where name="C:\\pagefile.sys" delete
Then Restart
The above command will delete your Page File
Then after restart, first test your Game again, and then you likely need a Page File re-setup, please run the following command:
wmic.exe pagefileset create name="C:\pagefile.sys"
Then Restart
The above command will create your Page File on C drive (use another Drive letter, not Partition - If you have another drive)
Then Restart
Then after restart, test your Game again

I have the same problem but it's the vpu recovery program on my ati video card it says my video card has stopped responding to the drivers. It's a brand new Ati 5750 I think there are some issues with the Ati drivers

Hey Kungfoo-Grip does your HD light on the casing keep on blinking or it stay on or off? If your HD light is still blinking like in normal operation then you have graphic card overheating issue if it stays on or off it looks like your system is overheating. Cleaning the CPU radiator from dust will help.
Goober ATI released 10.3 version drivers two day ago. If you have not updated yet try doing that.

They also updated NVidia drivers......

Tried both of them; I think theres still an issue with the game itself. With the new drivers the crashes are a lot "less" but they still happen.
My computer would prolly freeze to but i have a pretty awesome rig so it allows me to get out of it. After all when the game is running it barely uses 40% of my cpu and like the same on my GPU.

I actually updated the drivers last night to the newest version at the ATI website and it got worse, I could not even play COD W@W and my PC actually froze up while web browsing while looking for solutions GRRRR. Was too tired to fight it anymore so I went to bed.. This morning I uninstalled all the drivers and went to the Sapphire web site and downloaded their drivers for my Toxic HD 5850 1G. So far I was able to play 2 rounds of W@W with no problem.. Getting ready to try BC2 again.

yea, i have heard rumors that a part of the problem is a memory leak issue. they'll get it eventually.

What i do is ( ctrl alt del then wait a few seconds and push Esc and then push ctrl alt del once more and it pops up ) I am using Win7 though so it has a splash screen that pops up unlike xp.

Well Saturday everything played fine most of the day, then Sunday it all went bad again, so I did a driver update again with no luck. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game.... no dice. I ran some memory test and they turned out fine. Now I uninstalled my new graphics card and went back to my old HD 4850 and things seems ok so I'm going to RMA my Toxic 5850 back to Newegg and get a replacement.
