I have re-installed the game and still get this error that says " unable to get our online server information"  Any clues?  I went to my son's computer and it starts right up.  Makes no sense to me.Your help is needed and much appreciated.   Thanks,

with hosting you might have to setup your router with port forwarding

To host a game there are some ports that need to be open on your firewall/router/gateway.

28930 - 28960 TCP & UDP
3074 UDP (I would add TCP also)
