Dear Sirs,

First let me say, I play on all 3 servers alllll the time and they're the most tactical/realism I can find for W@W.  I have never had a problem on any of them until tonight.  Without warning I was permabanned from server 3 for a supposed wall hack.  I'm not sure how a wall hack works or even what one is, but I know for sure I'm not guilty of it.  I'm 41 years old with 2 kids probably older than whoever banned me and I work for a living with my hands ( and not on computers).  I wouldn't know where to start to try to cheat.  I have a descent computer with a good graphics card and that's the extent of my knowledge on how to better my chances in game.  

Please look into this. It was 20:36 Pacific daylight standard time 8/5/09.  I'm located in Los Angeles, Ca. USA.  The server I was on = #3 66.225.198.164:28960.  There were for BK reps on at the time: Eagle1; PapaJohn; Nematode; and MattQ.

I've got to be honest here. . . I love your servers and like I said, I've never had an issue with any admin here. I think the handling of this was a little bit less than professional, not to mention Polite or Friendly.

Thanks.  I really appreciate that, as now I can't play on server 1 either.  It says "prior kick/ban", so I'm guessing the same thing will happen if I try #2.  I'll just sit tight and wait for this thing to get resolved.

Sorry about the problem you have had. As they stated above, the problem will be looked into and hopefulyl resolved. But just a quick fun note of trivia: the person who banned you could very well be older than you   We have a very wide variety of age here. You should get on TS sometime and talk. It's loads of fun when you get to strategize a little in game.

Haven't heard back yet and my concern is that the logs are getting longer and longer with everyday that goes by.  I'm affraid I'm slipping through the cracks here.

On a side note, I also spend about equal time on the RBN tactical W@W server and have got to know a couple of the admins there.  Without naming your server, I mentioned that I was banned from a server because of a "wall hack" and their response was . . . "ask them if they have a 'demo' of it".  So my hope is that your standard operating procedure is similar to theirs in which you record a demo of this type of heinous act to substantiate the ban.  Of course I know that no "demo" exist with me cheating and thus . . . . whallahhh. . . I'm free to return to one of my Fav's.    

But seriously guys. . . "wall hack"!?  Why?  Does ANYONE really do that?  That's typically a response by someone who's newer to the game and who's rifle was sticking out the window, or their foot was showing and was shot and can't fathom how they could possibly be shot when they couldn't see the person that shot them.  I'm not saying whomever did this is naive, but I Am saying I seriously hope this is mistaken identity because admin surely knows the seriousness of this accusation.  

In my book, there are server-rule infractions (running, language, etc. . .) that are kickable offenses, and then there are outright cheaters that somehow modify a game for some reason who should be banned for life.  I'm neither.

Sorry to bug guys,

But what does "I'll be 'unbanned progressively' from servers 2 and 3" mean?  It's great I'm back on server 1, but I can't be trusted on 2 or 3?!  Is it a time thing?  So. . . after some non-descript time I should check back and beg/request to be allowed to play on 2 & 3 again?  

I was under the impression the bans were lifted in order of their numbers or something by someone entering something into your end of the server.  I didn't realise I was on some kind of probation. So you guys still think I'm some kind of cheater, but are willing to let me play on server 1 until I can prove that I'm not.    I dont know guys. . . I was patient, non-accusitory, even sympathetic to the fact that sometimes stuff happens, but that's crazy.  I have no way to Prove I didn't do something I didn't do.

I haven't found myself in this position before and it's pretty frustrating.  I think it's pretty obvious I have nothing to hide here.  I gave you the times this happened, who was on (as far as admins) the server ip. . . what else can I do?  If I was a cheater, don't you think I'd have just moved on to the next server to annoy?  Maybe run this case by someone else in the organization and see what they think.  In the meantime know this. . . I'm not guilty of ANYTHING here and everytime I accidentally pick the wrong "favorite server", or server 1 is busy and I try 2 or 3, I get "
BANNED !  YOU CHEATER! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE HA HA HA"

antefate unbanned progressively means basically that you will be unbanned once the servers get restarted but till them it is unfair to kick people that are currently playing to unban just yourself. we try to restart the servers when there are low on number to prevent upsetting peopel
