I was banned permanently the first time. (Per PB Prior ban notice)

Is this standard? I had been warned about moving upright unsighted that game. I think the problem is that I transition from crouch to upright and sighted in one step.  I do run when being shot at or a grenade lands, but who does not?

Either way. Please review this and get back to me. There are not a lot of non-run and gun servers with decent rules and players. Most people play the run and gun games and well, I don't.

The reason why the post was removed it because it does not comply with our code of conduct rules.  Swearing including abbrev.
