Well i am 30min from the closest town, so i am using a 4G mobile broadband device (cell phone network), this is using a "Data chip" that is a little different to the normal chip you have in your phone.
As i am in Australia i am getting 38 - 45 ping to Aussie servers. Also i am now paying $60 for 200gb ! way better than the 35gb i was getting, so shop around if you can't get a wired connection.
Note: i only get 3G from the tower we connect to tho, because it's just a 3G tower not 4G. (Line of sight 9km from tower, that's 5.5miles)
Hope this helps..

I was told by a satellite tech' that my ping would be around 500 to Aussie servers but i would get more data, but if there was bad weather like rain, storms, clouds and even high winds could effect connection. So as gamers i would suggest to stay clear of satellite.

I used to live in hotels (for work). There has been several occasions where the hotel's WIFI would go down. I just set my cell phone to "hotspot", connect my PC to my cell, and play BF5. It played just fine with pings of 35 to 60 depending on which BF5 server we were playing on.
