I used to play BF3 ALL the time. But know I have BF4 (Since it first hit the market) and I have always been having issues keeping alive, and putting down the enemy. I'm only a Private with 5 stars. I believe I have a great loadout for all four classes, but I keep getting waxed before I can even fire one shot. Could someone PLEASE help me with this issue?? I have just gone back to playing it, and I forgot how darn good it looks and sounds. I would be thankful for any help...

I  believe it is part of the growing process in rank and ranked weapons.  In Bf2  I was a deadly sniper...  Bf3 a m416 was taking me out across the map...
Bf4,  still like my sniper...  But the 338 bolt is one shot kill where as the SR 338 is taking 2, same goes with DMR weapons.  As the DMR progresses seems  get a little more better of a gun...  Not by much and same 2shot kill.  Medic class...  Is decent and found the Bulldog a great close quarters weapon...  
But,  take all this with a little pepper,  there are the "flikr"  scope.  And you will never figure out where the shot came from.  Then there are the edge hunters,  that worry more about k/d then objectives.  Annoying to spawn then die. ..
Take ? heart,  you are not alone..  Learn who your playing with and their tactics... Just enjoy playing  BK  mates will help.
