Just saying before the match...  1. Japanese do not have a semi auto rifle , USA has 2 BEST semi auto rifle (Garand and M1 carbine) vs. Arisaka.  BIG ADVANTAGE USA
                                                   2. Type 99 far inferior  (field of vision probs and less power) to BAR.  ADVANTAGE USA
                                                   3. M1 Garand (BEST sniper rifle) vs. Scoped Arisaka (least accurate scoped bolt) is a BIG ADVANTAGE U.S.A.
                                                   4. Type 100 vs Tommy gun is a wash (equal)

OVERALL WEAPON ADVANTAGE U.S.A. and I say it is a HUGE ADVANTAGE...


JUST SAYIN... Did you consider this?

If I am one the ECHO ppl playing I will manage with whatever weapon. I just wanted to point out the big differences in weapons

Iron sights eliminates sniping, so that levels weapons a bit. Also defending (i.e. Camping) is a bit easier. As for maps, you have both makins' ( night and day) but the buildings are all wood and marines can just spray whole thing until CO killed, seems too easy. Cliff side  is pretty big, Japanese will get one of two bunkers and a couple rifle nades or satchels will kill all.KNEE DEEP is a must, should be the best map for this. AIRFIELD is good too, should be included. I suppose KWAI would be o.k. But maybe OLSPIRIT or BAZ should decide. DID I FORGET ANY JAPANESE MAPS?





p.s. The more I think about this, the more I like the challenge. Also, this will be a good test for the game style you have invented. May be more fun next time with six or eight (if available)

Dunno if I can make it.  Wifey unhappy about the time of match. This may change, but I will have to play it out and see what happens. Bummer.
