Well it will be sad to see these games go I understand why. Gamespy runs the online part of these games. They announced they are shutting down the services this year. It would cost EA a lot of money to go create a services and rewrite these games for a game hardly anyone plays now.

I have have to get some 2142 game play in before it gets turned off...
