You would be suprised. My airsoft gun shoots 550 fps with a .28 gram bb.
at point blank range they draw blood. consistenly.
And ive killed a squirrel by shooting it in the eye. A rabbit should probably be the same.....

Anyway, I have

1. Remington Woodsmaster .30-06. Semi-auto with a 10rd mag.
2. Rock River Arms AR-15 in 5.56 with an EOtech laser sight.
3. AK-47, not sure about its origins, found it in my elderly neighbors garage and he said i could have it. It looks Russian.
4. Springfield Arms XDM 9mm pistol with 19rd mag
5. Springfield Arms XDM 9mm pistol with 19rd mag (yes i have two)
6. Springfield Arms XDM .40cal pistol with 16rd mag
7. Remington 1100 12gage shotgun with gold inlay (most beautiful piece i own)
8. Browning semi-auto 16 gage
9. Browning semi-auto 16 gage (yep, another pair)
10. Savage .410 side-by-side
11. Savage .410 single shot
12. Savage .303 (catridge is .303 Savage... so rare Sad)
13. Browning 12 gage slug gun.
14. Winchester model 1892 in .25-20
15. Ruger 10/.22 with 8x scope and walnut stock
16. Ruger 10/.22 with red dot sight and mock AR-15 body (this is a fun gun Smile)
17. .22 handgun with 30 round clip (i totally forget the make)

i think thats it

oh, and a Replica Thompson sub machine gun that shoot airsoft bbs Razz

Huh- I would've pegged you as a gu  owner, TwoFour. Seeing this thread again reminds me that I should get around for my small collections' occasional cleaning. I rarely take them out of their nest, but I'd really kick myself if I ever let them deteriorate.

I'm always amazed at this........here in Australia we have such stringent gun control laws that I couldn't even imagine owning an air rifle!
PrairieRattler's post is amazing!  Any report of a collection like that being in this country would usually result in a headline in the newspapers along the line of "Gun Collector gets 10 years  -  Arsenal confiscated"!!!

In NY State (where I live) we are not allowed to even THINK about owning a gun.  Cool

I live in Canada where only the criminals and police are allowed to have guns. I can only get shot by committing a crime, or by a person committing a crime, or been in the crossfire between the criminal and the police. I can also get shot by riding a bus in Toronto. What a country!

Well , you can actually own a gun in NYS, but VERY restricted. I guess it is a lil better than Canada or Australia....

p.s. Hi Morg and all  Very Happy

Gun ownership is easy-peasy in Canada, assuming you have a relatively clean record, and take the safety courses. Handguns and a couple other choice weapons require extra courses/permits and the restrictions are tighter. Nowhere in Canada is a civilian allowed CCW. Though I believe you could walk around town wit ha rifle over your shoulder. To transport, I think they have to be disabled. Many modifications, and automatics are illegal, far as I know.

PS - our PAL (Possession & Acquisition License) is pink.

It's easy to acquire a long gun, but we don't have a gun-happy culture overall; We have no romance or ideology attached to gun ownership.
