Just forum banter is all. there is no way they can enforce it , and there is no way any server host will take down a paying customers server...period. This kind of whine has been around since the original MOH.

Once when I was playing bc2 a server admin threatened to ban me if I didn't stop shooting ppl with the carl gustav.  I sent an email to ea complaining about it and the response i got was since that person/clan pay for the server they can enforce any type of rules against weapon use, etc.

i sure miss them carl gustavs...
