No where in there does it say you are NOT entitled to the dioscount.. if i was you i would get in  touch with Origin and give them what for.

I ordered it before I got the details, no email yet.

Well, after adding my discount code the price is still the same. Shame that all premium members are not treated same way.

Personally I think the Premium package is the gift that keeps giving.  

So far at least. Saved some on dlc and got me to preorder a game I was considering not buying at all.  This has been a pretty good month for game sales all around too. Amazon has been killing it with their deals and sales lately. And GMG is constantly running 20-25% off coupons. Plus the Origin 19.99 thing and another 60% off sale they have going currently.

unfortunately  For those premium players who pre-order MOH WF  before the promotion  will not receive a refund instead they will receive a store credit.  That is what the Email said I received.

I was thinking that was going to happen.  I guess thats a good way for them to keep the money in their pockets.
